Rising star Nat Wolff – recently known as the one who plays ‘the broken hearted blind guy’ in big hit, The Fault in Our Stars gives love another go on Behaving Badly. In this romantic sex comedy, Rick Stevens (Nat Wolff) goes on a quest to pursue the girl of his dreams Nina Peddington (Selena Gomez) bites off more than he can chew.

Getting caught in a whirlwind of an alcoholic mother, Nina’s creepy ex-boyfriend, and his best friend’s mother who can’t wait to get in bed with him and discovering himself, all in the midst of trying to impress Nina – who often in his imagination, appears to be almost an angel with hair dancing in the wind along in dreamy lights and rose petals rain.

Circling around the plot of trying to fulfil a bad bet made on impulse of $1000 to get Nina in bed within a week, Rick scrambles around to raise the money as a plan B - running a strip club with the help of his stripper sister (who by the way, is about to be a Stanford student).

With scenes of a mother finding her son working in a strip club which she frequents to being forced to stare down at someone else’s willy while on a delivery job and returning a sex tape to its rightful owner, you can be sure to find more than those scenes to that will leave you in a state of ‘I know I shouldn’t laugh but I can’t help it!’

As a first time director, Tim Garrick has done a pretty decent job from witty dirty jokes to some lines of coarse language and endless clips that will throw you into fits of laughter. You’ll leave the cinema with more than just tears in your eyes from all the chuckling but also a new image of the Nickelodeon star - Nat Wolff.
